Medical
Our partners with HBOT treatment centers, board-certified physicians and local wellness facilities have been crucial in helping our veterans get the medical treatment they need to help heal their TBIs and PTSD.
Fellowship
We aim to address the effects of moral injury on our veterans and seek to revive hope and purpose in their lives. Through partnerships with military ministries and outreach programs, we offer group sessions that build community and create space for reflection, spiritual growth, and connection.
Recreation
We recognize that camaraderie plays a vital role in the healing journey of our veterans. That’s why we bring veterans down for treatment in cohorts and offer a range of recreational experiences—like airboat rides, fishing trips, golf outings, group dinners, and more. These shared moments help build trust, friendship, and a sense of normalcy during a time of deep restoration.
Helping Heroes Heal with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
The 22 Project is a non-profit organization dedicated to eliminating veteran suicide. Our program helps veterans receive Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) and supplemental therapies to help treat traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and post-traumatic-stress disorder (PTSD).

“In 2012, the Department of Veterans Affairs Mental Health Services Suicide Prevention Program determined that 22 veterans commit suicide each day in our country.” Help us put an end to this statistic.
Why Do Veterans Need Access to HBOT?
Despite its benefits, HBOT isn’t covered by the VA — leaving many veterans without access to this life-changing therapy. Our 2023 Legacy Report was conducted as a follow-up survey to 355 veteran alumni participants to gather insight into the long-term impact of HBOT and our related services. A total of 106 veterans completed the survey and these were the findings:
100%
Improved in at least one symptom
80.0%
Reduction in severe PTSD
79.6%
Reduction in severe anxiety
77.7%

77.5%
